Hi! I'm Jill Norris, a creative with an analytical streak. I like solving problems and always strive for great user experiences.
From the very beginning, it was clear that being an empathetic thinker is crucial to successful design. I started my career designing and art directing for the K-12 education industry. No matter how good a project looks, producing educational materials with low usability is bad design. That experience has proven useful as I transitioned into digital mediums like email and web design.
I live in Orlando, Florida with Harold, a rosemary plant, and a more temperamental basil plant, Bert (update: RIP Bert). And while we’re talking about me ...
